The role: Paralegal covering low value motor fast track/small claims/credit hire claims. Duties include preparing advice, running a caseload, assisting in the preparation of statements, disclosure statements, trial and hearing bundles and other court documents. The ideal candidate will have a background in defendant personal injury litigation work.
