Magic Circle firm with market-leading global commercial practice seeks senior associate at 5 PQE+ level to undertake varied caseload.
The commercial group has a diversified client base, including prominent financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, outsource service providers, digital platform operators, media groups, telecommunication carriers, network operators, software suppliers and IT hardware manufacturers, as well as industry regulators.
The partners have particularly renowned expertise in the pharmabio, communications and hi-tech sectors.
Members of the team handle a broad range of commercial work, including outsourcing transactions, non-contentious intellectual property law, licensing and collaboration deals, joint ventures, and data protection and e-commerce advice.
This role will suit a 5 PQE+ solicitor that has developed a high level of technical expertise handling high quality work with a top tier firm. Sound knowledge of outsourcing and non-contentious is required, ideally along with experience in pharmabio, data protection and/or e-commerce. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate keen interpersonal skills and well-developed commercial acumen.
