Commercial Contracts Solicitor - Leeds - £neg
Urgent requirement for a 1-3 year PQE Commercial Contracts Solicitor who has experience in acting for health sector clients in the provision of commercial matters. The role will involve advising in connection of all aspects of commercial contracting and will include drafting and negotiation. You will advice on the procurement of goods and services, commission contracts, be involved with mergers and acquisitions, deal with Intellectual Property licences/transfers as well as dealing with other contractual arrangements. This is a hugely exciting opportunity within a Legal 500 firm to join a successful and expanding team in a developing sector.
